Who you are

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to be a part of our growing team. Your responsibilities will be;

  • Create lead lists from various resources
  • Land meetings with prospective clients
  • Alter initial presentations according to lead’s needs
  • Develop sales by giving initial presentation on prospect clients’ premises
  • Use Zoho CRM throughout the client onboarding process
  • Fill creative briefs with client
  • Prepare client contracts and Statement of Works
  • Prepare Quotes/Invoices
  • Use Zoho Projects for overseeing the progress of creative department and update client
  • Identify potential up-sell and cross sell opportunities
  • Act as the key point of contact for account planning, setting external agendas, creating plans and scheduling
  • Develop excellent client relationships at all levels by displaying a positive, enthusiastic approach in all client contact (meetings, events, etc.)
Candidate’s Profile
  • 2 years of experience at a marketing/advertising agency
  • Background in sales
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confident, tactful and a positive manner
  • Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience in Zoho Business Suite is a plus
